Yes. Enter the traveller's name and mobile number so the driver can reach them, and your own e-mail to receive the booking.

Yes. Add the return when you search and book both in one go; a return trip comes with a discount.

Outside the arrivals hall, at the meeting point shown in your booking, holding a sign with your name. Your driver also messages you on WhatsApp when you land.

We track your flight, so your driver adjusts to the real landing time at no extra cost. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land.

Online by card or PayPal, a 30% deposit online with the rest in cash to your driver, or cash to the driver for airport pickups. Paying from Egypt? Switch the currency to Egyptian pounds to pay by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or bank transfer.

Yes. Card and PayPal payments go through PayPal's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Pick your currency at the top of the prices. Online payments are charged in that currency, and invoices are issued in Egyptian pounds.

Yes. Travelled with us before? Enter your previous booking reference as a coupon for a discount on your next trip. A friend's booking reference gives you a discount on your first trip.

Yes, free of charge until 24 hours before pickup. After that the fee is 30% of the price. See the cancellation policy.

Open your booking link and change the date, time, place or passengers. Changes are free until 24 hours before pickup.

When a cancellation is free, we refund the full amount to the way you paid. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.

If we can't find you and can't reach you after the free waiting time, the trip counts as a no-show and 100% of the price is charged.

It's very rare. If it happens, you get a full refund straight away, and we'll help you find another way to travel.

Model 2024 or newer, clean and air-conditioned. If your car turns out to be older, you pay half price.

Each car shows how many passengers and suitcases it takes. Enter your suitcases when you search and we only show the cars they fit in.

Licensed, experienced professional drivers who know the roads and the airports. You get your driver's name and number before the trip.

Air conditioning, cold water and a phone charger on every ride. Ask your driver for a stop whenever you need one.

A few roads have security checkpoints that ask for travellers' passports. On those routes we ask for passport photos when you book; they're kept securely and deleted 7 days after the trip.

Yes: book a car with driver by the hour (from 4 hours) or for an 8- or 12-hour day, and the driver waits wherever you stop.

An 8-hour day includes up to 150 km and a 12-hour day up to 250 km, enough for a full day of sights or a trip out of town.

No. Our trips are private transport with a driver; entry tickets and guides aren't included, but we can recommend licensed guides.

Yes. Add a stop or skip one, just tell your driver, as long as you stay within your hours and distance.
