What we collect
- Booking details: name, e-mail, mobile number, pickup and drop-off, dates, flight number, passengers, luggage and your notes.
- Payment details: the payment method and the amounts. Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal; we never see your card number.
- Passport photos, only for routes with security checkpoints that require them.
- Technical data: your language and currency, and, if you agree, analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To carry out your booking: your driver sees your name, phone, pickup details and flight. This is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To send booking messages: confirmation, reminders, your driver's details and a review request.
- To meet legal duties: invoices and accounting.
- With your consent: analytics to improve the site, and marketing messages only if you ask for them.
Who receives it
Your driver and, when a partner company runs the trip, that company, only for that trip; PayPal for payments; our e-mail provider to send messages; and the authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Passport photos: deleted automatically 7 days after the trip. Drivers' access to your details ends after the trip.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to Mn5@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt or, in the EU, to your data protection authority.
