All times count back from the pickup time (Egypt time). For a return trip, they count from the first pickup.
Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before pickup: free, full refund.
- Within 24 hours: 30% of the price.
- No-show: 100% of the price. A no-show is when the driver has waited the whole free waiting time and couldn't reach you by phone or WhatsApp.
- Within 3 hours of pickup, cancel by message to customer service.
Changes
- More than 24 hours before pickup: free; if the new time costs more (night or season), you pay the difference.
- From 12 to 24 hours: 10% of the price, at least $5, plus any difference.
- From 3 to 12 hours: 20% of the price, at least $10, plus any difference.
- Within 3 hours: through customer service only.
- A delayed or changed flight: free to move the pickup.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method; the payment provider's fees are on us. Cash and transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer or the same method.
